Nyara is the studio method with the training wheels off: a dystopian sci-fi world — planet, city, factions, characters, story arcs — designed from nothing. Every rule of the universe is authored: how it looks, how it moves, what it believes, what it's afraid of.
The work lives in sketchbooks and on the tablet: character turnarounds, expression sheets, keyframes, storyboarded chapters. It's the same discipline sold to clients — world codes, coherent cast, a visual language that holds at every scale — applied to the world I'd build even if nobody asked.
